The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. We do not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or reliability of any generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before use.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system.

• Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside the Service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing and credit usage rates at any time.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDESHOWGEN AND ITS CREATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SlideshowGen and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
